ISO/IEC 20000 AUDITOR

ISO/IEC 20000 is de internationale standaard voor IT Service Management (ITSM). Het stelt de vereisten vast en biedt de details om een effectief Service Management Systeem te implementeren dat nodig is om IT-services van hoge kwaliteit te leveren, samen met richtlijnen over hoe naleving van de standaard kan worden aangetoond.

ISO/IEC 20000 AUDITOR CERTIFICERING

Kandidaten die slagen voor het Auditor-examen hebben aangetoond dat ze de principes van IT Service Management en de vereisten van ISO/IEC 20000-1 begrijpen.
De APMG ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor-certificering is automatisch verworven na het behalen van het APMG ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor-examen. De APMG ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor cursus biedt een optimale voorbereiding om het examen te halen en daarmee de certificering te behalen.

CURSUS ISO/IEC 20000 AUDITOR

Dit is een overgangscursus voor ervaren auditors. De cursus behandelt niet de principes van algemene managementsysteemaudittechnieken en daarom wordt van deelnemers aan de cursus verwacht dat ze minimaal drie jaar ervaring hebben met het uitvoeren van audits in een IT-omgeving. Dit kan zijn als derde partij auditor of als interne auditor voor een organisatie. Het is verplicht om een APMG-geaccrediteerde Auditor-cursus te hebben gevolgd om dit examen te kunnen afleggen.
De cursus bereidt de deelnemers voor op het examen APMG ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor.

Objectives

Het doel van de Auditor leves is om de kandidaat die de cursus volgt het volgende bij te brengen:

  • de inhoud, vereisten, doelstellingen en toepassing van ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 (specificatie);
  • de principes van IT Service Management;
  • hoe de problemen met de definitie van het toepassingsgebied en de geschiktheid voor certificering voor de serviceleverancier kunnen worden opgelost.
  • toepassing en relevantie van ISO/IEC 20000-2:2018 (Praktijkrichtlijn) voor de audits;
  • wat wordt gevraagd in pre-audits, in de officiële certificeringsaudits en in periodieke controles.

Prerequisites

3 jaar ervaring met het uitvoeren van audits op IT-gebied wordt aanbevolen.

Om deel te kunnen nemen aan het examen moet je de algemene voorwaarden van het exameninstituut gelezen en geaccepteerd hebben. De acceptatie van deze voorwaarden moet worden bevestigd bij het afleggen van het examen.
