BETTER BUSINESS CASES™ FOUNDATION CERTIFICERING

Het doel van de Foundation-kwalificatie is te bevestigen dat u voldoende kennis en begrip hebt van de richtlijnen om effectief te kunnen werken met, of als lid van, een team om een business case te ontwikkelen met behulp van het Vijf Case Model. De Foundation-kwalificatie is ook een vereiste voor de Practitioner-kwalificatie.

Objectives

Aan het einde van deze cursus moet je de structuur en de belangrijkste terminologie van het model begrijpen. Specifiek:

  • De filosofie en onderliggende rationale van het Five Case Model
  • De verschillende soorten business cases, hun doel, wie er verantwoordelijk voor is en wanneer ze nodig zijn bij de ontwikkeling van een bestedingsvoorstel
  • De ontwikkeling van de business case in relatie tot andere erkende en aanbevolen best practices voor programma- en projectmanagement

Who it is aimed at

De cursus is relevant voor diegenen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen en produceren van uitgavenvoorstellen of de beoordeling en goedkeuring ervan; in het bijzonder:

  • Senior Verantwoordelijke Eigenaren (SRO's), Programmadirecteuren, EPMO/PMO leiders en Projectmanagers, verantwoordelijk voor succesvolle business case ontwikkeling en programma- en projectoplevering;
  • Directeuren financiën, inkoop en planning, verantwoordelijk voor de planning en prioritering van uitgavenvoorstellen en het leveren van publieke waarde;
  • Leden van goedkeurings- en beheersraden die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het onderzoeken of goedkeuren van uitgavenvoorstellen

With the purchase of e-learning packages with 30 days and 1 year of duration, exam doesn’t have to be necessarily taken within the closing date of the account on the e-learning platform. The validity of the exam voucher code is 12 months starting from the issue date.
