How much time do I have to take the certification exam?

With the purchase of e-learning packages with 30 days and 1 year of duration, exam doesn’t have to be necessarily taken within the closing date of the account on the e-learning platform. The validity of the exam voucher code is 12 months starting from the issue date.

I have to purchase several packages: how can I assign them to participants?

During the purchase process it is possible to register data and details of each participant.

Is the course on the platform immediately activated after the purchase?

The activation date of the package can be selected during the purchase process on our website. The days of access to the course, indicated in the title of the product, will be calculated starting from the selected date. Payment must be completed before the activation date.

What does 30d or 1 year in the title of products on our website mean?

30 days or 1 year are to be considered as the period, so the days, during which it is possible to access the purchased training courses on our e-learning platform. These periods start on the activation date selected during the purchase process on our webiste. The activation date can be chosen and selected within 30 days from the purchase date. If you need more flexibility, do not hesitate to contact us.

When is the exam voucher code issued?

Exam voucher code is usually issued at the activation of the e-learning course, anyway it can also be issued at the end of the e-learning course of sent after 24/48 hours from the order date. In case of purchase for exam only, exam voucher code is issued at purchase confirmation, always after the receipt of payment.

In het Continuing Professional Development Programme van PeopleCert moeten PRINCE2 certificeringen binnen drie jaar na de toekenningsdatum van het certificaat worden verlengd.

Wanneer moet ik mijn PRINCE2® certificering vernieuwen?

Kandidaten moeten hun PRINCE2 certificering vernieuwen binnen drie jaar vanaf de toekenningsdatum.

Als u vóór³⁰ juni 2020 gecertificeerd bent: u hebt tot 1 juli 2023 om uw PRINCE2 certificering te vernieuwen, ongeacht de oorspronkelijke toekenningsdatum.
Als u na³⁰ juni 2020 bent gecertificeerd: u moet uw certificering(en) binnen 3 jaar na de oorspronkelijke toekenningsdatum vernieuwen.

U kunt de vervaldatum van uw PRINCE2 certificaat ontdekken door in te loggen op uw PeopleCert account.

Hoe kan ik mijn PRINCE2 certificering verlengen?

U kunt kiezen uit verschillende manieren om uw PRINCE2 certificaat te onderhouden en verder te gaan met de PRINCE2 Foundation of PRINCE2® Practitioner verlenging.

U kunt hetzelfde PRINCE2 examen herkansen vóór de vervaldatum.
U kunt verdere cursussen en certificeringen volgen, maar deze moeten deel uitmaken van dezelfde productsuite/familie van de certificering die verlengd moet worden. Dit betekent dat, om een PRINCE2 certificaat te vernieuwen, u een ander PRINCE2 examen moet afleggen in het PRINCE2 certificeringsschema.

Wat gebeurt er als ik mijn PRINCE2 certificering niet op tijd verleng?

PRINCE2 hercertificering: Welk examen kan ik doen om mijn certificaat te vernieuwen?

Als u besluit om uw PRINCE2 certificaat te vernieuwen door een andere cursus en examen te volgen, moet u een examen afleggen binnen dezelfde productsuite. Dit betekent dat u uw PRINCE2 certificaat niet kunt vernieuwen door bijvoorbeeld een ITIL 4 examen af te leggen.

PRINCE2® is opgenomen in de Project, Programme & Project Management Product Suite, die ook omvat: PRINCE2 Agile®, M_o_R®, MSP®, MoV®, MoP®, P3O®.

Wat als ik meer dan één PRINCE2® certificering moet verlengen?

Indien u meer dan één PRINCE2 certificaat heeft behaald, krijgt het eerst behaalde certificaat dezelfde verlengingsdatum als het laatst behaalde PRINCE2® certificaat. Dit betekent dat, als u meer dan één certificering in dezelfde productsuite heeft, deze dezelfde verlengingsdatum zullen hebben.

Bijvoorbeeld, als u een PRINCE2 Foundation certificaat hebt behaald in december 2022 en een MSP Foundation certificaat in januari 2023, zullen beide certificeringen verlopen in januari 2026, dus is het voldoende om slechts één examen af te leggen en te slagen om beide te behouden.
