Deze cursus is bedoeld voor IT-leiders en managers op alle niveaus van de organisatie die de ITIL Managing Professional (MP)-kwalificatie of de ITIL Strategic Leader (SL)-kwalificatie willen behalen, en/of die betrokken zijn bij het vormgeven van de IT-richting en -strategie.
Prerequisites
Om toegang te krijgen tot de cursus en het examen ITIL® 4 Direct, Plan and Improve, moet u ITIL® 4 Foundation, ITIL® v3 Foundation of een certificaat op het volgende ITIL® v3-niveau hebben behaald. Om toegang te krijgen tot het examen is het verplicht om een geaccrediteerde training te hebben gevolgd
