ITIL® 4 Strategist Direct Plan and Improve (ITIL 4 DPI) is the universal module, that is a key component of both, ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader streams. The module covers the influence and impact of Agile and Lean ways of working, and how they can be leveraged to an organization's advantage.
ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve exam (for RETAKE) can be purchased exclusively if the first exam attempt has not been passed. In order to purchase it, candidates must have obtained the first exam voucher through iLEARN.
ITIL 4 STRATEGIST DIRECT PLAN AND IMPROVE ONLINE EXAM FORMAT
- Duration of 90 minutes (25% extra time for candidates taking the exam in a language other than their native language)
- Closed book
- 40 multiple choice questions
- Passing score: 28/40 marks - 70%

This course is aimed at IT leaders and managers of all levels of the organisation who are seeking to obtain the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) designation or the ITIL Strategic Leader (SL) designation, and/or who are involved in shaping IT direction and strategy.
Prerequisites
In order to access ITIL® 4 Direct Plan and Improve course and exam, you must have obtained ITIL® 4 Foundation, ITIL® v3 Foundation or any next ITIL® v3 level certificate. In order to access the exam, it is mandatory to have attended an accredited training course
