Alternatively, candidates can opt for taking the ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil combined exam, which allows to cover five ITIL Practices passing just one exam instead of 5. In this case, candidates will have to take just one certification exam of 90 minutes instead of five single exams of 30 minutes each.

Once obtained ITIL 4 Monitor, Support and Fulfil certification, candidates should obtain ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support in order to achieve the ITIL 4 Practice Manager (ITIL 4 PM) designation.
