Project Management Professional - PMP®
Fully accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), the course is designed to give exposure to best practice project management and a full understanding of the knowledge areas and process groups defined in the PMI’s Body of Knowledge.
PMP COURSE
The content discusses terminology, tools and techniques and extends to provide a deeper perspective, facilitating an understanding of the reasons for their use as well as the benefits of doing so.
Through the use of an appropriate case study during the course, delegates will be able to apply what they learn, making use of the theory in a practical sense which allows for more effective learning and greater likelihood of implementation and improvement in the workplace.

When will the current PMP exam version change?
The PMP® Certification Exam is Changing on 2nd January 2021.
You have until 31 December 2020 to take the current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.
If you have already paid for your PMP application, spent time studying the current exam content and are able to schedule your exam, you can take the current exam online before 31 December 2020.

Is the PMP e-learning course provided by iLEARN aligned to the updated PMP exam version?
Yes, it is. Updates to the new PMP exam version focus on examination structure, which is slightly different to the existing. The fundamentals of project management and the PMI ‘Body of Knowledge’, which is fully covered in the PMP course provided by iLEARN, still meet all of the knowledge requirements.

How will PMP 2021 certification exam change?
Project management professionals need more diverse skills and approaches than ever before. The Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam will change on 2 January 2021 to meet those needs and will focus on three new domains:
- PEOPLE - emphasizing the skills and activities associated with effectively leading a project team
- PROCESS - reinforcing the technical aspects of managing a project
- BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT - highlighting the connection between projects and organization strategy
Content that spans the value delivery spectrum, including predictive, agile and hybrid approaches, will be included across the three exam domains.
