ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy (ITIL 4 DITS) module richt zich op de afstemming van de digitale bedrijfsstrategie met de IT-strategie. De module behandelt ook hoe disruptie van nieuwe technologieën organisaties in elke branche beïnvloedt en hoe bedrijfsleiders hierop reageren.

Om toegang te krijgen tot het ITIL® 4 Leader Digital & IT Strategy examen, moeten studenten:
- ITIL® 4 Foundation, ITIL® v3 Foundation of een volgend ITIL® v3 niveau certificaat of ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition certificaat behaald hebben
- Een geaccrediteerde training hebben gevolgd
- De 4 casestudieopdrachten in de cursus met een voldoende hebben afgerond
