Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM®) is een kwalificatie gebaseerd op agile operations. Het omvat de kernwaarden en principes van het Agile Manifesto, evenals andere agile concepten en praktijken zoals DevOps, Scrum, Kanban en Lean.

- Cursus aangeboden in Virtuele (Distant) modus: deze methode stelt de kandidaat in staat om actief deel te nemen in interactie met de docent en met de andere studenten in de cursus, dankzij het gebruik van een geavanceerde web-conferencing oplossing waarmee de kandidaat de cursusvideo's en presentatieslides kan volgen en kan spreken of chatten met de docent en de andere studenten.
