Het doel van de certificering op stichtingsniveau is om te bevestigen dat een kandidaat voldoende kennis van en inzicht in de MoV-richtlijnen heeft om:
- deelnemers in staat te stellen effectief bij te dragen aan MoV-activiteiten die door anderen worden geleid;
- deelnemers in staat te stellen MoV te begrijpen en uit te leggen aan anderen;
- kandidaten te kwalificeren voor het MoV Practitioner-examen of voor andere trainings- en kwalificatiesystemen in Waardemanagement.
Who it is aimed at
De MoV-certificering is bedoeld voor drie groepen mensen:
- Management en medewerkers in een organisatie die inzicht willen krijgen in MoV, of MoV nu is ingebed in hun organisatie of niet.
- De PPM gemeenschap, voor wie de gids bedoeld is voor diegenen die betrokken zijn bij het aansturen, managen, ondersteunen en opleveren van portfolio's, programma's en projecten. Dit omvat senior management, programmamanagers, projectmanagers, verandermanagers en medewerkers van project- en programmabureaus
- Managers en medewerkers van Project- en Programmabureaus en hun sponsors.
- Zij die de methoden uit andere PPM-gidsen toepassen om voort te bouwen op de activiteiten en deze te verbeteren om de waarde en de oplevering van voordelen te maximaliseren.
Contents
De MoV Foundation cursus behandelt MoV principes, processen en technieken. Ook komen MoV-aanpak en -implementatie, de MoV-omgeving, het verankeren van MoV en de MoV-leidraadbijlagen aan bod.
Prerequisites
Om aan het examen te kunnen deelnemen, moet je de algemene voorwaarden van het exameninstituut gelezen en geaccepteerd hebben. De acceptatie van deze voorwaarden moet worden bevestigd bij het afleggen van het examen.
