Lean IT Foundation Virtuele cursusdetails:
- Cursus aangeboden in Virtuele (Distant) modus: deze methode stelt de kandidaat in staat om actief deel te nemen in interactie met de docent en met de andere studenten in de cursus, dankzij het gebruik van een geavanceerde web-conferencing oplossing waarmee de kandidaat de cursusvideo's en presentatiedia's kan volgen en kan spreken of chatten met de docent en de andere studenten.

Het doel van het Lean IT Foundation certificaat is te certificeren dat u kennis heeft opgedaan van de Lean IT terminologie, structuur en basisconcepten en de kernprincipes van Lean IT praktijken heeft begrepen.
Het Lean IT Foundation certificaat is bedoeld om de houders van het certificaat in staat te stellen de Lean IT praktijken toe te passen onder begeleiding van een Lean expert.
Tegen het einde van de opleiding zouden kandidaten het volgende moeten begrijpen:
- De principes die ten grondslag liggen aan de Lean filosofie
- Het belang van het begrijpen en leveren van klantwaarde
- De manier waarop Lean kijkt naar processen en de verspilling daarin
