申诉程序仅涉及由iLEARN管理的考试计划。对于其他资格证书,请参阅相关考试机构的申诉程序。

启动投诉或申诉程序的步骤如下:

  • 在收到申请后的五个工作日内,对申请进行审查,并做出是否受理的决定;如果决定不予受理,则通过电子邮件向申请者发送处理动机;在这一阶段,可能需要更多的文件或信息,将要求提出者暂停回复;
  • 如果投诉或申诉被接受,将发送一封确认电子邮件;
  • 申诉委员会在 15 个工作日内对申诉进行审查,上诉委员会在 15 个工作日内对上诉进行审查;
  • 最后将委员会的建议和/或决定通知投诉人。
