ITIL 4 Specialistを受講するためには、ITIL 4 Foundation認定資格またはITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition認定資格を保有している必要があります：ITIL 4 Specialist: Business Relationship Managementモジュールにアクセスするためには、ITIL 4 Foundation認定資格またはITIL 4 Managing Professional移行認定資格を保有している必要があります。
