This collaboration led to the creation of a strategic bancassurance partnership in the life insurance sector. Through the agreement, BNP Paribas Cardif acquired a majority stake in BCC Vita, the life insurance company of the BCC Iccrea Group.
A key element of the agreement's success was the contribution of BCC Servizi Assicurativi, which has had and continues to have a fundamental role in the partnership's target operating model. PeopleCert has recently introduced the Web Based Exam Driver, an online exam solution that allows candidates to take their certification exams directly from their web browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Opera, or Safari).
PeopleCert online exams are now easier
This update aims to enhance the accessibility and convenience of certification exams, eliminating the need for candidates to install the ExamShield software on their computers. This measure will make it easier to take exams in cases where company PCs are used, which often come with restrictions on installing new software. However, it is always recommended to use a personal computer.
The Web Based Exam Driver provides a user-friendly platform for taking exams online, simplifying the process.

Starting from today, those who wish to obtain PRINCE2 7 certification can do so in many new languages! PRINCE2 7 is now available in French, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Japanese, Polish and Portuguese.

The last day available to take PRINCE2 5th edition Foundation and Practitioner in all its languages (Chinese, Japanese, Czech, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish and Swedish) is 31st July 2024. After this deadline, it won’t be possible to take these exams again.
When PRINCE2 6th edition exams will be retired?
The deadline for PRINCE2 6th edition Foundation and Practitioner exams is the same of PRINCE2 5th edition, so 31st July 2024. PRINCE2 6th edition exams will be retired in all their languages: Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese and Spanish.
Will PRINCE2 7 exams will be available in other languages than English?
Yes, PRINCE2 7 exams will be translated in other languages, such as French, Spanish and Italian, starting from April 2024. iLEARN will publish news about this soon.

Every new year brings news and changes, and next year will be no less, in particular for PeopleCert certifications.
PeopleCert certifications will have to be renewed
PeopleCert has recently announced that all its Global Best Practice certifications (also Foundation levels), including the most popular ones such as ITIL and PRINCE2, will have to be renewed.
The measure will be applied retroactively!
When do you have to renew your certification?
If you have one or more Global Best Practice (AXELOS) certifications, you will need to renew within three years of your original certification dates. This means:
- If certified before 30 June 2020: you will have until 1 July 2023 to renew your certification, regardless of the original award date.
- If certified after June 2020: you will have to renew you certification(s) within 3 years of the original award date.
Log into your PeopleCert account to view your certifications status and your renew-by date.
What can you do to renew and maintain your PeopleCert certificate?
From 15th January 2023, this can be done in several ways.
- Retake the exam of the certification you want to renew before the renewal date OR
- Take another PeopleCert course and exam and achieve a new certification. You have to take the new training course and the corresponding certification exam within the validity period of the certificate you want to renew.
Attention: in order to renew your certification using this option, the new certification exam has to belong to the same product suite (knowledge area) of the expiring one. For example: you cannot renew an ITIL® 4 Foundation certification by achieving a PRINCE2® certification.
From March 2023, a third renewal path will be available to candidates:
- Maintain a certification through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points. Collect and log CPD points to renew your certificate. More details about specific procedures are yet to come. Read more information about the CPD program.
What happens if you do not renew your certificate?
If you do not renew you will still be included on the Successful Candidates Register (SCR) and the Candidate Verification Service, but a note will be added to your record to indicate that your certification needs to be renewed to align with current certification requirements.

iLEARN has published new dates for its virtual classroom (distant) training courses for Q4 2022.
iLEARN virtual classroom courses are provided by accredited teachers and consist of actively participating to a course remotely, via a web-conferencing tool. With this modality, students can benefit from live lessons with our accredited teachers without moving from their offices or homes.
Why choose a training course in virtual classroom mode and what is the difference compared to the e-learning mode?
Virtual classroom courses allow multiple students to attend a training course at the same time at home or from their office. All they need is an internet connection.
Unlike classic e-learning mode, this type of training allows the candidate to actively participate to the course by interacting with the teacher and other students. PeopleCert has officially announced that the discontinuation of the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition Module examination, previously planned for July 1st 2022, will be extended until September 30th 2022.
Therefore, from October 1st 2022, iLEARN will not provide the related training courses or exam voucher codes anymore.
If you wish to take the ITIL 4 MPT examination, please note that the 30th of September 2022 will be the last day available to sit for the final certification exam (whether standard or Re-sit).

We have now entered the last month of the ITIL 4 MPT module’s lifespan, as it will be officially discontinued on July 1st 2022.
Why should you purchase the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition Module?
Candidates that have become ITIL Experts or that own 17 ITIL® v3 credits or 15 ITIL® v3 credits and the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification have the possibility to access the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition Module, that allows to directly obtain the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional (ITIL MP) qualification, that would otherwise be obtained only by passing four exams of the new ITIL® 4 certification scheme (namely: ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support, ITIL® 4 Drive Stakeholder Value, ITIL® 4 High Velocity IT and ITIL® 4 Direct, Plan and Improve).
Hurry up! After the official deadline, it will be no longer possible to purchase any course or exam package as ITIL 4 MPT will be discontinued by PeopleCert (the official examination institute).
