This collaboration led to the creation of a strategic bancassurance partnership in the life insurance sector. Through the agreement, BNP Paribas Cardif acquired a majority stake in BCC Vita, the life insurance company of the BCC Iccrea Group.
A key element of the agreement's success was the contribution of BCC Servizi Assicurativi, which has had and continues to have a fundamental role in the partnership's target operating model. The iCONS team collaborated with BCC Servizi Assicurativi, as well as with the Iccrea and BNP Paribas Cardif teams, in designing and launching the partnership, addressing various critical aspects including organizational and role impacts, business processes, and the evolution of the insurance company's information systems.
