How are the online exams conducted?
The exams are conducted online through remote proctoring. On the first day of access to the course, you will receive the PeopleCert vouchers via email, along with instructions for booking the exam, which you will take independently.

No specific requirements are needed to take the ITIL 4 Foundation exam.
To access the courses and exams for the ITIL 4 Specialist and ITIL 4 Strategist modules, you must have obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation certification or the ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
To take the ITIL 4 Leader Digital & IT Strategy exam, you must:
- Have obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition, or ITIL v3 Foundation certification
- Have completed and passed the 4 Case Study Assignments included in the course (click here for more information)

The activation date of the package can be selected during the purchase process on our website. The days of access to the course, indicated in the title of the product, will be calculated starting from the selected date. Payment must be completed before the activation date.

Exam voucher code is usually issued at the activation of the e-learning course, anyway it can also be issued at the end of the e-learning course of sent after 24/48 hours from the order date.
