Who should attend to the PRINCE2 Foundation course

The PRINCE2 Foundation qualification is intended for project managers and aspiring project managers.

It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including project board members (e.g., senior responsible owners), team managers (e.g. product delivery managers), project assurance (e.g., business change analysts), project support (e.g., Project and Programme Office personnel), and operational line managers/staff.

It is a “must” have certification for project managers, portfolio or programme offices staff and project resources operating in organizations that have or will adopt PRINCE2 as their methodology for project management.

What to do to get PRINCE2 Foundation certified

You can prepare for the PRINCE2 Foundation examination in several ways. To undertake the PRINCE2 Foundation online exam, you can decide to learn autonomously and directly attempt the examination, but this is approach is recommended only when the candidate has already a good level of knowledge in Project Management and has access to PRINCE2 official manual.
