Contents
This course will empower you to develop the skills to be proficient in business analysis, while also enabling you to clear your IIBA–CBAP® exam. With this course, you will build expertise in the six knowledge areas defined in BABOK® Guide Version 3: business analysis planning & monitoring, elicitation, requirements management & communication, enterprise analysis, requirements analysis and solution assessment & validation.
Prerequisites
- Complete at least 7,500 hours of work experience in Business Analysis in the last 10 years.
- Within this experience, complete at least 900 hours in 4 of the 6 Knowledge Areas of the BABOK® Guide for a total of at least 3,600 of the required 7,500 hours. The six areas are Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, elicitation and collaboration, requirements life cycle management, strategy analysis, requirements analysis and design definition, and solution evaluation.
- Complete at least 35 hours of professional development in the last 4 years; these 35 hours are obtained through our training course. If necessary, a certificate of participation can be requested at the end of the course.
- Provide two references. CCBA® and CBAP® references can be either a CBAP® recipient, a career manager, or a client (internal or external). Ideally, at least one of the two references should have known you for at least 6 months.
