ISO/IEC 20000 Practitioner Exam Pre-requisite

 

 

iLEARN informs you that APMG-International has taken the decision to re-instate acceptance of the ITIL Foundation certificate as a pre-requisite option for candidates wishing to sit the ISO/IEC 20000 Practitioner exam.

This change takes effect immediately and is already accepted for all ISO/IEC 20000 Practitioner exam orders.

To sit the ISO/IEC 20000 Practitioner exam, candidates must have one of the following certificates:

• ITIL Foundation
• ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation

We remind you that the ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation course is now available online. Practitioner and Auditor levels will also be available online in a few weeks.
