45655 Rescheduling of the online exam session

The online exam vouchers are issued with a validity of 12 months (except for special cases communicated by iLEARN). Any cancellation and rescheduling of the exam session will have a cost imposed by PeopleCert.

Here, you can reschedule your exam session, previously purchased in iLEARN.

Details regarding the online exam rescheduling:

• up to 48 hours prior to the exam session, the rescheduling is free (you can reschedule the exam session autonomously in your Private Area on PeopleCert portal);
• from 48 to 4 hours prior to the exam session, the rescheduling can be purchased on this page for €35;
• in the last 4 hours prior to the exam session, the rescheduling could be requested and purchased in your PeopleCert Private Area only.

N.B: In order to reschedule the exam, the exam voucher must still be valid and not expired. If the voucher has expired, it will be necessary to buy a new exam voucher.

The re-scheduling of the exam session can be applied to the following exams:

• COBIT® 5
• ITIL®
• MoP®
• M_o_R®
• MSP®
• P3O®
• PeopleCert DevOps
• PRINCE2®
• PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner

Following our confirmation, you will be able to independently re-schedule the exam session directly on PeopleCert platform.
